i have been billed for web hosting plan on a day of 17.January 2007 and i still haven't received any mail, or anything similar !
I cannot reach any live chat (always offline)
excuse me but this is totally unprofessional.

OK, been in chat with them and it seems that they have send me e-mail, but i am still not receiving any mail, perhaps it is a very long distance or what ? they are in America, I am in Croatia (that is in Europe, border with Italy)
Can be mine internet provider T-Com ?
what the hell is going on ?
btw, operator was very nice and helpful
