Hi,
I recently signed up for your service and was frustrated by downtime on the support ticket system twice over the weekend. I did not know that I could email support directly so I just waited for hours until the ticket system was back up. It would be really helpful for you guys to post downtime on the calendar or in the forum announcements area so that I could know what's up.

I've been pleased with the quick responses to my support needs and with your service in general. You offer an excellent value which is unmatched in my opinion.

Any chance you are going to expand your customer control panel to offer more self-service admin tasks?

Hello,

Thank you for your comments.  We had some scheduled maintenance we performed on our Helpdesk Ticket system a few times over the weekend in order to make improvements.  This had no impact on our services or uptime.  We do apologize if this caused any inconvenience.  We did and do make announcements to our Customers regarding these types of maintenance.  This overall is very infrequent and will certainly look into your suggestion.

It is in the works to integrate more self-manageable tasks through our Customer Portal very soon.
