I've been trying to CHMOD the permissions on directories on a Community Server install I'm doing so that ASPNET can control over the directory and can't change the permissions. Can you tell me the best way to do a CHMOD without using CHMOD?

Thanks.

Hello,

I believe that command is Linux related.  The ASPNET user should already have the correct permissions on your root folder and sub-folders.   If you are receiving some type of error message, please create a support ticket so our support staff can assist you.  We do provide free installation of Community Server as well.
