Everytime I start testing at night, and hit a snag where I need to submit a ticket, I get the screen that it is a period of scheduled maintenance. what is the schedule? Is it every night? Is there some place I can see the schedule so I know to work on other things?

Yes we are making improvements during late evening hours to our Help Desk system over the last few evenings.. Customer Support is always available via Email (sending an email to us also creates a ticket) We anticipate the maintenance to be concluded shortly.
