Reading the Re-invent Knowledge Base
and setting up my Email Client (outlook 2003) I found out my ISP's blocking the port 25. I contacted my ISP and ask 'em to unlock it ... They send me a confirmation Email saying the deal was done, but I'm still getting the following :

Sending test Email: The specified server was found but there's no answer

I kept reading the Re-invent Knowledge Base and found this:

NOTE: If you have trouble sending email your ISP may be blocking port 25. In this scenario you would need to use your ISPs SMTP server to send email.

The Questions are : ...
How can I do that ? How can I use my my ISP's SMTP server?
Can't SmarterMail change the SMTP port due these problems are common?

Hello,

Yes you would need to ask what your ISP's issued SMTP server is from your ISP and change your outlook SMTP Mail Server setting to this server name.

We are in process of offering an alternate port for SMTP instead of the default port 25 due to the ever increasing numbers of ISPs blocking port 25.  Once we offer this it will be announced shortly.
