Re-invent Extends Resources on SQL 2000 and mySQL Databases

Based on customer input we have increased the default SQL and mySQL database storage allocation for SQL 2000 and mySQL Database Add-ons!

SQL 2000 Databases are now allocated 250MB of space instead of the 50MB
mySQL Databases are now allocated 250MB of disk space. Remember, mySQL has no additional monthly fee.
