I am in the initial phases of designing a site for an organization but the DNS name is not important/will be assigned later.

My question to you is that can I sign up for a plan for this site, but not supply a domain name on the sign up form? Do you support that? The site would be in the "prototype" stage for a while and not in production. Really a site in development. I am aware that the only way to get to the site would be IP address only and that is fine.

 Thanks for any information.
