Our brief maintenance to our Support Ticket system was completed. However we are not offering upgrades at this time to 4.4.0. A new release is available of 4.4.1 and we have yet to test it. Please check back sometime this week to see if it is approved for upgrade.

4.4.0 had many bugs.

Paul,

I cannot seem to open a new request for support... All I get is a message that Re-Invent is upgrading their support ticket system.

How should I go about requesting this upgrade?
