Change another language at blog engine and club starter kit

Dear WEB master:

Is it possible to add the difference language (ie. Japanese or traditional chinese) at blog engine and club starter kit of my web site?

Second, I run my member login system successful at my local side computer using MS visual studio 2005. However, when I upload to remote site, it shows the error message as below: Can anyone can help me please? Can you provide the possible problem and how to solve it? Thank you very much.

Can I have more than one starter kit in one hosting plan?

Is it possible to have 3 or 4 different websites or starter kits in various subfolders of my hosting plan (HE-25), each with its own database(s)?

eg:

Guys,

My pwsk on www.yasir.us is running nice and smooth on your servers. This is slightly a customised version. In this, when a user registers, I am suppose to be notified by email so that I could approve via the website. Once approved, the user/registrant is also set to be receiving a confirmation that he/she is now registered. All this to happen via the smtp email account. Althought the code is perfectly in, something is trapping the emails from taking place. Guys, please so this out urgently

I signed re-invent web hosting plan just beacuse it provide free installation of starter kits ..... but I didn't see any instruction from re-invent at all. I am a "newbie" to ASP.net 2.0, how can I proceed from here??? Please help.
