If you are getting an error please let us know by emailing our support team.
Here is their response in the ticket:

The current released version is .NET 3.0. This is ASP.NET 2.0 with additional DLLs for WCF, Cardspace, etc. If your site is set to ASP.NET 2.0 there would be nothing to change. .NET 3.0 Framework is installed on all servers and ready for your use. If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.
Seeking support here because Support Ticket Manager not working

When I post a request for support, I get an error, but it still posts and I get an email response, but then I look for the status and it does not exist.
What I need is ASP 3.5 or 3.0, not 2.0.
