I contacted my ISP and ask 'em to unlock it ... They send me a confirmation Email saying the deal was done, but I'm still getting the following :
Sending test Email: The specified server was found but there's no answer
I kept reading the Re-invent Knowledge Base and found this:
NOTE: If you have trouble sending email your ISP may be blocking port 25. In this scenario you would need to use your ISPs SMTP server to send email.
The Questions are : ...
How can I do that ? How can I use my my ISP's SMTP server?
Can't SmarterMail change the SMTP port due these problems are common?

Setting up Password Recovery E-mail through VWDE

I am attempting to set up password recovery automatic generated e-mails through Visual Web Developer Express Configuration Manager. I have used my SMTP information supplied with Smartmail and receive a "success" message in the configuration manager but it does not work. Everything else seems to be working, and I followed the instructions provided in the knowledge base article Q10161 - FAQ: How do I enable SMTP Authentication in my Email Client?

The question is "does my ISP block or not" and is there a list of who blocks this stuff, and who doesn't? My ISP is bellsouth.net and I am operating out of Atlanta, GA (USA).

Anyone have any ideas to offer, or want to list their ISP as blocking / passing sent mail?
