frontpage extensions

Let me start off by saying that i am new to this web design stuff. I recently created a webpage using Microsoft Publisher 2007. My site is working well all but one aspect. I have a submit request form on one of my pages that is supposed to email me the completed form, but anytime i click the submit button, i get a 405 error. when i go to the form properties, it states to make sure your ISP supports microsoft Frontpage98 extensions. Is there somewhere or something I can do to reconcile this problem?

Using FrontPage 2003 how can I publish a virtual domain website? Is that even possible?

I am thinking I need a folder for the existing domain, but after that I am not sure what is next.

My website uses the File Upload component in FrontPage. Initially upon publishing, it isn't working. Before I put too much work into it, does Re-Invent allow user uploads by default?

Is the a way to filter the messages sent by Windows to determine which ones are from and for which applications. I don't want to do anything with then, I just want to be able to read them and determine which ones are for whay and by whay application.

How would I build a form or web part page that automatically uses members information built on my site with web browser, ^{(or a page that registers members and builds their page saving it to several database's of individual parts, as in pictures to picture library, registration info to members info, and users discription's text to some database, field, webpart area or web page)} that builds a individual web page for that member and then save it to a specified folders A - Z????

Example: I need my annoumous users to be able to put a picture, their name and a self discription into a form or web part page using my sharepoint services. Have this information saved in sharepoints database and be able to be linked to. The users built pages can then be automatically linked in order alphabetically by their last names and automatically displayed hyperlinkeds to them in the members list. Viewed by anyone reading the members list.

Or be able to use rich text editor in my pages to do the above?

How do I put this editor into my page and configure it to do the above????
