Do we have access to the http FrontPage Configurations? I am in need to invite users, create user permissions, sub site permissions etc. If so, what port is it on?

Yes you would have access by logging in at: http://www.yourdomainname.com/_vti_bin/_vti_adm/fpadmdll.dll  or you can access this directly using your FrontPage Software from the menues.
