In the editor section of the e-mail account, you need to place the units for the size of the mailbox.  I didn't know if it was Bytes, KiloBytes or what.

Thank You

Sincerely,

Hello,

In the Email Control Panel under where you create the user it mentions that if you want to specify a Max Size it is in Bytes.    The default 0 is unlimited.  If you want to limit to 5MB you would need to type in 5000000 in the box.
