When the users sign into SmarterMail and check their junk folder for erroneously placed legitimate emails, the system does not show 2nd, 3rd etc. pages - it just appears blank. It shows "Loading..." icon, but the emails never appear. Please advise.

Hello,

We could not duplicate the issue what you are seeing using the most recent version of SmarterMail.  Please submit a support ticket so we can see what mail server you are on as we have no other reports of this behavior either.
