Hello,

Thank you for the clarification in your emails.  Our Sales Dept is activating the account now and you should be receiving a Welcome EMail with all your account details within a few minutes.

Hello,

We're not sure if you provided us with the correct email address.

Your account was activated over the weekend. We have been in contact with you via email all weekend.

Let us know if you did not receive our Welcome Account Activation email and we can resend and verify we have been provided with a correct contact email.

I uploaded my pages to my website and I am getting a configuration error.  All attempted to find some sort of help has failed.

My issues are:

You show SQL Server as free, yet when I signup you want to charge me $5 or $10 a month.  Why?

I wonder if my site is not setup for Framework 3.5?

How can I contact Customer Support?

You show: . Submitting a Support Ticket to our support staff is the fastest and most efficient method for obtaining support.  You may login to our Customer Portal in order to submit a Held Desk Support Ticket. Once logged in click on "Support Ticket Manager" on the left.  -----  Yet when I get to that page you say that it is not ready   -------  ?????  Help.

Hello,

Yes our support has addressed your questions according to our records a couple of days ago.

The first SQL 2005 database is free and was setup for you and the SQL information was provided to you in the Welcome Email you received.

.NET 3.5 is now available and is an extension of ASP.NET 2.0 and would be available to you.

Our support correctly indicated you had an incorrect version number on one of your assemblies in your web.config file. Possibly due to developing using the beta version originally.
