| When I post a request for support, I get an error, but it still posts and I get an email response, but then I look for the status and it does not exist. What I need is ASP 3.5 or 3.0, not 2.0. The first time I posted this I got an update "Problem could not be reproduced." I reproduce it here:
Server Error in '/' Application.
Configuration Error Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.
Parser Error Message: Child nodes not allowed.

| The ticket system is up and working correctly as our support team has been responding to and working with customers through tickets all day. If you are getting an error please let us know by emailing our support team. Here is their response in the ticket: The current released version is .NET 3.0. This is ASP.NET 2.0 with additional DLLs for WCF, Cardspace, etc. If your site is set to ASP.NET 2.0 there would be nothing to change. .NET 3.0 Framework is installed on all servers and ready for your use. If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.
