I need my WSS sites to be available to users who are sitting behind proxies and firewalls. These users are currently not able to login to WSS. When they try to login, they get an access denied error page, and they are not ever presetned with a login dialog box! I thought the IIS authentication settings (basic etc etc) might fix this probelm, but I am not sure how to go about making the changes. Any assistance would be appreciated. Regards, Richard.

Hello, Yes, we would need to set Basic Authentication on your site. This will allow authentication for your users running firewalls and proxy servers. If you are a customer, please create a support ticket and we can set this for you. John Reinvent Technologies
