Hi

I made a web application that sends email to an email account I made with the hosting plan when the application crashes. The problem is that after 2-3 crash, the smpt server respond that I am on the grey list and to try again in 15 minutes. Is there a way to disable this greylist?

Yes i saw this solution in the FAQ but I don't have any access to the webmail. It says that page is under construction. In fact, all subdomains say the same thing.

It appears you may have made some DNS changesnow or sometime in the past..... We have corrected the entries and should be resolving shortly.. DNS updates may take 3-24 hours to fully propagate the Internet.

It's been a day and a half since your last message and still, i can't not access to the webmail. The only difference i see is that now the icon of the web page is a mail. Any other suggestion?

I'm sorry but we cannot find any issue. We would recommend clearing your browsers internet cache, history, temp files, etc and refreshing.. We tested from different locations, different browsers, different ISPs and the your web mail appears without issue.
