| Where do I place this request? I hava already purchased a SSL Certificate from a different vendor and need the CSR to link it to my hosting plan. Additionally I read that an unique IP Adress is required, how do I know if the plan I chose (HE-200) has an unique IP or not? Please enlighthen me. FV.

| Hello, A unique IP is a $2/mo addon on all hosting plans and would need to be activated after the initial account is activated. We would create a CSR for your account and then you would need to use that CSR to acquire your certificate from your vendor. There is a $25 set-up fee to create the CSR and install your vendors SSL certificate that you would upload to your site so we can install it.

| Paul, Thanks for the response. 1. I already have an account 2. Where do I place the order for the unique IP? I checked everywhere (on both the main page and my control panel) and cannot find where to place the order 3. Where do I submit the request for the CSR? (See comments on item 2). I am out of options, please provide directions for the above. Thanks, FV
