First off I'm just learning this stuff so there maybe an easy answer I'm overlooking. But I looked in the help section and found this article:

DETAILS
For Internet Explorer Web Controls to work properly you need to have the required HTML components. You need to upload the directory (by default: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\webctrl_client) to the root of your website.

MORE INFORMATION
If you do not have this directory, please create a support ticket, technical support will upload the files for you.

I do not see that directory in my folder so I'm thinking that is probably the issue. (unfortunately it was probably me that deleted it.)

I tried to put in a ticket but the site says its under construction, so I'm hoping there is someone watching this posting site that might be able to remedy this for me. Any help is surely apprieciated.

Thank you.

I'm assuming that you want the 'default.aspx' page you created as the 'home page'. First use a FTP client to access your website. I personally don't like the file manager in the control panel. I use wsFTP professional but if you want something free there are some out there. Here's one:

http://www.coffeecup.com/free-ftp/

You set it up using the settings supplied to you from the re-invent welcome letter.

Once you get logged into the site you will see a folder named wwwroot. That is where your 'default.aspx' file belongs and the code behind page if you coded it that way.

Log into the control panel at Re-Invent and select your hosting plan name. From there it's click on 'Web Sites' on the left then the name link of your site. You will see a list of names of files and types in a listbox 'Default Documents:' make sure 'default.aspx' is there. If it's not, add it. Delete any other file that is named in this listbox from your 'wwwroot' folder on your site. This will make sure that when you visit it will go to your 'default.aspx' page first.

You might want to add 'home.aspx' as opposed to 'default.aspx'. Just follow my previous instructions. Obv you would change the name of your file before you upload. It's just personal choice.

Good luck
Dave
