Hello, Our Welcome Email contains this information on how to access your account while waiting for a domain transfer. If you look under the Technical Information section in the Welcome Email you received, you will see the Temporary Domain listed. You can use this temp domain to access your site before your domain name resolves to us. If you require further assistance, please create a support ticket so we can access your account information.

| The technical information shows the temp url, but it doesn't say where to upload from frontpage. Please let me know.

Hello, You would upload to your root folder on your site. The temp domain points to the same location as when your actual domain name would point to us.
